Alumni Accounts
Beginning for student accounts active on 7/6/2020 and later, Indiana Tech is pleased to provide e-mail services for alumni who maintain active use of their Indiana Tech email account. These accounts are transitioned, disabled, and deleted based upon the status of a student within the university’s system of record.
Alumni Account Life Cycle
- Transitioned
- Student accounts are transitioned to alumni licensing 150 days following the completion of a student’s last class if the student is not pre-registered for any future enrollments. The alumni license will remain active as long as email is accessed at least once per year.
- Disabled
- If an alumni email account is not accessed for more than a year, the account will be disabled.
- Deleted
- Alumni accounts are deleted two years after the account is disabled.
