Below, we have provided several IT resources for our entire campus community. These resources are meant to assist you in troubleshooting a particular technology problem you’re experiencing.

If you have a problem that you are not able to fix on your own, please contact the IT Service Desk so that we can look into it.

LetMeIn

Once your Indiana Tech account is enrolled in LetMeIn.indianatech.edu, you can reset or change your password and unlock it without contacting the IT Service Desk for assistance.

To reset your password, log in to LetMeIn and click on the ‘Change Password Now’ link in the top right as illustrated below:
