Help Desk
IT Services offers a help desk to assist students, faculty, and staff with technology-related issues across the university. If you have issues related to any of the following, contact the Help Desk to speak with a technician who will assist in finding a solution.
Some of our more common issues that are reported to our office include, but are not limited to:
- Problems logging into computers or websites
- Teams Phones
- Wireless connectivity
- Lost equipment
- Computer failure
- Technology moves
- Copiers / Printers
- Network connection
- Software issues
To resolve the issue in the fastest way possible, you may want to visit our Self-Help page before calling or submitting a trouble ticket to the Help Desk. In addition, you may be able to resolve your issue with some of the self-diagnostic questions and tools provided.
Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday, during normal business hours (8:30am – 5:00pm EST), Indiana Tech staff are available to respond to technical support issues.

Please visit our support portal by signing into the LetMeIn website, navigating to the “1-Click Apps” menu, and selecting the IT Service Desk.
If you are unable to sign into your student, faculty, or staff account, you may access our external portal. Please be sure to leave detailed information including a telephone number and e-mail address so that we can follow up with you.

We encourage you to leave a message if, for some reason, no one is able to answer your call. One of our support staff will be assigned your ticket and follow up, as needed, during normal business hours.
